นิทานเรื่อง โจรสลัดน้ยผู้กล้าหาญ

โจรสลัดน้ยผู้กล้าหาญ

One day the pirate Modi was running out to do his business with his mother.

วันหนึ่ง โจรสลัดน้อยชื่อว่าโมดี้ ได้ออกไปทำธุระข้างนอกพร้อมกับแม่ของเขา

They went shopping some products at shopping mall.

พวกเขาได้ไปซื้อของส่วนตัวที่ห้างสรรพสินค้า

Then Modi's mom said "Oh yes, we have to go to doctor's clinic for checkup."

จากนั้นแม่ของโมดี้ก็ได้พูดขึ้นว่า "จริงด้วย เราต้องเข้าไปที่คลินิกแพทย์เพื่อตรวจสุขภาพซะหน่อย"

The doctor check Modi's heart, blood pressure and knee.

คุณหมอตรวจหัวใจ, แรงดันเลือด และหัวเข่าของโมดี้

He explained that Modi have to come back and get a shot to protect him from diseases.

หมอกล่าวว่าโมดี้ต้องมาฉีดยาในวันพรุ่งนี้เพื่อที่จะปกป้องเขาจากโรคร้าย

Modi went home sadly. He dislikes injection.

โมดี้กลับบ้านอย่างเศร้าสร้อย เขาไม่ชอบการฉีดยาเอาซะเลย

That evening, his father came home. Modi told him all about the visit to the doctor.

เย็นวันนั้นพ่อของโมดี้กลับมาที่บ้าน โมดี้ได้เล่าเรื่องเกี่ยวกับการพบหมอในวันนี้ให้พ่อฟัง

Modi's father said "I know something can help you. Get this map and my ship to find the treasure on this map. Anyway if you stay still when get a shot, I will give you an ice-cream. "

พ่อของโมดี้พูดว่า "พ่อรู้บางสิ่งที่สามารถช่วยลูกได้ เอาแผนที่นี้และเรือของพ่อไป และหาสมบัติให้พบ แต่ยังไงก็ตาม ถ้าลูกไม่ร้องไห้ตอนที่ฉีดยา พ่อจะให้ไอศกรีมด้วย"

Then, Modi followed the map through the dangerous sea.

หลังจากนั้น โมดี้ก็ได้ล่องเรือไปตามแผนที่ ผ่านทะเลที่เต็มไปด้วยอันตราย

He climbed to the volcano filled with hot lava.

เขาได้ปีนขึ้นไปบนภูเขาไฟที่มีลาวาร้อนระอุอยู่

Through the past creature which never saw in any books.

ผ่านเหล่าสัตว์โบราณที่ไม่เคยมีการอธิบายในหนังสือเล่มใดๆ

Until he reached the icy castle at the top of mountain.

จนกระทั่งเขามาถึงปราสาทน้ำแข็งที่อยู่บนยอดเขา

Inside, he met the crab wizard on his throne.

ข้างในนั้น เขาได้พบกับจอมเวทย์ปูนั่งอยู่บนบัลลังก์ของเขา

The crab wizard said "You have brave many obstacles to get here. I will give you this stone. When you get a shot, squeeze the stone tightly and count 1 2 3. This will makes you go to the future when injection will be finished. Besides you will get an ice-cream"

จอมเวทย์ปูกล่าวกับโมดี้ว่า "ในฐานะที่เจ้าได้ฝ่าฟันอุปสรรคมากมายจนมาถึงที่นี่ ฉันจะให้หินนี้กับนาย ตอนที่นายโดนฉีดยา ให้บีบหินนี้ให้แน่น แล้วนับหนึ่งถึงสาม จะทำให้นายไปสู่โลกแห่งอนาคตตอนที่ฉีดยาเสร็จแล้ว และนายก็ยังจะได้ไอศกรีมด้วย"

Modi thanks the crab wizard and sailed back home to get some sleep after adventure.

โมดี้ขอบคุณจอมเวทย์ปู และได้ล่องเรือกลับบ้านเพื่อที่จะพักผ่อนหลังการผจญภัย

The next day, Modi took the rock with him to the doctor's clinic.

วันต่อมา โมดี้เอาหินวิเศษไปที่คลินิกหมอด้วย

The doctor prepared for injection.

คุณหมอเตรียมอุปกรณ์สำหรับการฉีดยาให้กับโมดี้

Mobi closed his eyes tightly and squeeze the rock as hard as he can and count 1 2...

โมดี้หลับตาปี๋ด้วยความกลัว เขาบีบหินไว้แน่นมากเท่าที่จะแน่นได้ และเริ่มนับ หนึ่ง สอง ...

...............................................................

The crab wizard is right ! the injection had finished.

Now, Modi was immune from any diseases.

จอมเวทย์ปูพูดถูก ! การฉีดยาเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว

ตอนนี้โมดี้ผู้กล้าหาญได้หายจากโรคร้ายแล้ว

He ate ice-cream deliciously after the injection.

เขายังได้กินไอศกรีมจากพ่อของเขาอีกด้วย

There was a merchant who lived far away from town.

มีพ่อค้าอยู่คนหนึ่งอาศัยอยู่นอกเมือง

The merchant kept a donkey to help him carrying goods.

พ่อค้าคนนี้มีลาอยู่หนึ่งตัวสำหรับใช้แบกสินค้า

One day, he wanted to sell his salt in town, so he loaded the salt on his donkey.

วันหนึ่ง พ่อค้าต้องการที่จะนำเกลือไปขายในเมือง เขาจึงนำเกลือวางไว้บนหลังลา

On the way to the town, the merchant had to get across a stream.

ระหว่างทางเข้าเมือง พ่อค้าต้องข้ามลำธารแห่งหนึ่ง

Reaching the stream, the merchant found the bridge over it was very destroyed.

เมื่อถึงลำธาร พ่อค้าก็พบว่าสะพานที่ใช้ข้ามนั้นเสียหายอย่างหนัก

So he decided to walk through it.

ดังนั้น เขาจึงตัดสินใจที่จะเดินข้ามไป

On that day, the stream was very rapid and the crossing took longer than usual.

ในวันนั้น กระแสน้ำไหลเชี่ยวมาก ดังนั้นการข้ามลำธารจึงต้องใช้เวลานานกว่าปกติ

A lot of salt on the donkey got melted in the stream.

เกลือมากมายบนหลังลาละลายหายไปในลำธาร

When they reached the other side of the stream, the load became much lighter.

เมื่อถึงฝั่ง น้ำหนักบนหลังลาก็เบาลงกว่าเดิมมาก

The merchant wasn't satisfied with the incident but the donkey was happy.

พ่อค้าไม่พอใจอย่างมากต่อเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น แต่เจ้าลากลับมีความสุข

Many days later, the merchant took the salt to sell in town again. The donkey pretended to walk slowly when crossing the stream.

หลายวันต่อมา พ่อค้านำเกลือเข้าไปขายในเมืองอีกครั้ง เจ้าลาจึงแกล้งทำเป็นเดินช้าขณะที่ข้ามลำธาร

It used the same trick again and again until the merchant knew its trick.

มันใช้แผนนี้หลายครั้งจนกระทั่งพ่อค้ารู้ทัน

On their next journey, the merchant made a plan to teach his donkey by loading it with sponge and wool.

ในการเดินทางครั้งต่อมา พ่อค้าวางแผนที่จะดัดนิสัยเจ้าลาโดยนำฟองน้ำและขนแกะไปไว้บนหลังลา

When reaching the stream, the donkey used the same trick again.

เมื่อพวกเขาถึงลำธาร เจ้าลาก็ใช้แผนเดิมอีกครั้ง

But this time, things weren't the same.

แต่ครั้งนี้ไม่เหมือนครั้งก่อนๆ

Sponge and wool absorbed water, causing the loads on its back more heavier that the donkey was almost unable to make a move.

ฟองน้ำและขนแกะนั้นดูดซับน้ำ ทำให้น้ำหนักบนหลังลาเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าเดิมมาก ทำให้เจ้าลาแทบขยับตัวไม่ได้เลย

นิทานเรื่องนี้สอนให้รู้ว่า คนโง่มักคิดว่าผู้อื่นไม่เท่าทันความคิดของตนเอง

Once upon a time in a palace, there lived a brave and handsome prince.

กาลครั้งหนึ่งนานมาแล้ว มีเจ้าชายคนหนึ่งทั้งหล่อและกล้าหาญอาศัยอยู่ในปราสาท

The prince loved the cat that he kept. He loved it so much that he didn't want to marry any princess.

เจ้าชายมีแมวอยู่ตัวหนึ่ง เขารักมันมากจนไม่ต้องการที่จะแต่งงานกับเจ้าหญิงคนใดเลย

The cat fell deeply in love with the prince. The cat couldn't eat or sleep as she loved the prince very much but couldn't marry him because she was a cat.

แมวตัวนั้นก็ตกหลุมรักเจ้าชายเช่นกัน มันกังวลจนไม่สามารถกินหรือนอนได้เพราะว่าถึงแม้มันจะรักเจ้าชายมากเพียงแต่ก็ไม่สามารถแต่งงานได้เพราะว่ามันเป็นแค่แมว

The cat kept crying and crying. One day, an angel appeared.

มันเอาแต่ร้องไห้ไปเรื่อยๆ จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่ง นางฟ้าก็ปรากฎตัว

"Oh! poor cat. What happened to you?" the angel asked.

"โอ เจ้าแวผู้น่าสงสาร เกิดอะไรขึ้นกับเจ้า" นางฟ้าถาม

"I love the prince very much but it's hopeless. I'm just only a cat" the cat replied.

"ข้าตกหลุมรักเจ้าชายมาก แต่ว่ามันเป็นไปไม่ได้เลย ข้าเป็นแค่แมวเท่านั้น" แมวตอบ

The angel felt very sorry for the cat and said to her "I will change you into a very pretty princess but you have to change your whole nature."

นางฟ้ารู้สึกสงสารจึงได้กล่าวว่า "ข้าจะเปลี่ยนเจ้าให้กลายเป็นเจ้าหญิงที่งดงามแต่มีข้อแม้ว่าเจ้าต้องละทิ้งสัญชาตญาณแมวของเจ้าให้ได้"

"I won't show any signs that I'm a cat" the cat promised.

"ได้สิ ข้าจะไม่ให้ใครรู้เลยว่าข้าเป็นแมว" แมวตอบ

"Good! You have to keep your promise, otherwise you will turn back into a cat again" the angel warned.

"ดีมาก เจ้าต้องรักษาสัญญาให้ดีล่ะ มิเช่นนั้นเจ้าจะกลับไปเป็นแมวอีกครั้ง" นางฟ้าเตือน

The cat promised. The angel cast a spell. Suddenly, the cat turned into a lovely princess.

หลังจากแมวสัญญาแล้วนางฟ้าก็ร่ายเวทย์มนต์ ทันใดนั้น แมวก็กลายร่างเป็นเจ้าหญิงผู้น่ารักในทันที

When the prince met the princess, he at once fell in love with the princess and asked her to marry him.

เมื่อเจ้าชายพบเจ้าหญิงก็เกิดตกหลุมรักขึ้นมาในทันทีและยังได้ขอเธอแต่งงานอีกด้วย

As time went by, the princess couldn't hide her real nature.

เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปเจ้าหญิงก็เริ่มไม่สามารถซ่อนสัญชาตญาณแมวได้อีกต่อไป

At first, the prince was very surprised when he saw the princess scratching a chair with her nails.

ในตอนแรก เจ้าชายรู้สึกตกใจมากตอนที่เห็นเจ้าหญิงใช้เล็บข่วนเก้าอี้จนเกิดรอย

ต่อมา เจ้าชายก็เห็นเธอปีนเล่นอยู่บนกำแพงปราสาท

One day, the prince was  surprised when he saw the princess holding a rat in her mouth and then eating it.

จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่ง เจ้าชายรู้สึกตกใจมากที่เห็นเจ้าหญิงจับหนูไว้ในปากแล้วกินเข้าไป

Before he could say anything to her, princess suddenly turned into a cat because she broke her promise.

ยังไม่ทันที่เจ้าชายจะพูดอะไรออกไป เจ้าหญิงก็ดลายร่างกลายเป็นแมวในทันทีเพราะว่าเธอได้ผิดสัญญาที่ให้ไว้

นิทานเรื่องนี้สอนให้รู้ว่า ก่อนจะให้สัญญากับใครควรคิดให้ดีก่อนเสมอ
